Reporting abuse
Use the form below — no account needed — or email abuse@ our domain with the hostname involved, what you observed, and evidence (URLs, headers, timestamps). This queue is monitored continuously, as ICANN requires of registrars and their resellers.
Before launch: publish the real abuse@ address and a phone number, and confirm 24/7 monitoring coverage.
What we act on
- Phishing and credential harvesting
- Malware distribution and command-and-control
- Botnet infrastructure
- Child sexual abuse material — reported to authorities and removed immediately
- Spam campaigns operated from services we provide
- Fraudulent commerce impersonating real businesses
How we respond
We acknowledge reports promptly and investigate. Where a report is verified we act proportionately — from asking the customer to remove content, to suspending the site, to placing the domain on registry hold in severe cases. Illegal content involving imminent harm is escalated without waiting for the customer.
Customers whose service is suspended for abuse are told the reason and given an appeal path. Abuse suspension is never mixed up with a billing suspension — they look different in your dashboard and in the email you receive.
What we are not
We are not a content arbiter for lawful speech we happen to dislike, and we do not suspend domains because someone complained about an opinion. Trademark and contractual disputes belong in the UDRP/URS process or the courts, not in our support queue — but we will lock a domain when a dispute proceeding requires it.
Law enforcement
Requests must come through proper legal channels and are logged and reviewed before any data is disclosed. We disclose the minimum the request legally compels.
