How to ask for a refund
Email support from the address on your account, tell us the order number and what you want refunded. We reply within one business day. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, and we issue a credit note automatically for your records.
When we refund without being asked
If we take your money and cannot deliver — a domain gets registered by someone else between your checkout and our provisioning, for example — we refund that item automatically and tell you what happened. You never have to chase us for a failure that was ours.
Chargebacks
Please talk to us first — chargebacks freeze the account and any domains in it while the bank investigates, which usually hurts you more than it hurts us. We would rather just refund you.
